Drivers keep us updated on route if there are any traffic delays and in turn we will give you real-time updates to keep you informed. Once the driver has delivered your goods we will contact you with the name of the person who signed and at what time. A hard copy proof of delivery can always be sent once the driver has returned to base or for urgent cases a screen capture image.
